Work, found close to home

Jobs and the people who need them are often close to each other, but they do not always meet. NIYOGA holds events in the community, so that jobseekers can meet companies without travelling far, and companies can reach people they would otherwise miss.

• Job fairs, where companies set up stalls and meet people in person
• Career sessions that help people plan their next step
• Recruitment drives for companies hiring in numbers
• Training events that build skills for work

Every event is run with a local partner, because the people who know a place best are the people who live there.

• Panchayats, municipalities and corporations
• Colleges and training institutes
• Companies that are hiring
• Community groups, venues and sponsors

FindFingers is a recruitment platform that works alongside NIYOGA. Events bring people together, and FindFingers can carry on the recruitment afterwards. Your profile is only shared with FindFingers if you agree to it.

We are clear about what we can and can’t do.

• Registering for an event is free unless we say otherwise
• Taking part does not guarantee an interview, an offer or a job
• Your details are shared only as you have agreed
