Questions and answers
What people most often ask about NIYOGA.
For jobseekers
Is it free to register?
Yes. Registering for an event is free unless the event clearly says otherwise.
Will I get a job?
We can’t promise that. Taking part does not guarantee an interview, an offer or a job. Companies make their own decisions.
What do I need to bring?
Your entry pass, on your phone or printed. Bringing copies of your resume and certificates is a good idea.
How do I get my entry pass?
After you register, the pass is in My events. It has a QR code and a short code.
What if I can’t go?
Cancel your registration in My events, so that someone else can have your place.
What are FCIN and FSS?
They are used by FindFingers: FCIN is a candidate number, and FSS is a skills score. You only have them if your profile is shared with FindFingers.
Your details
Who sees my details?
NIYOGA staff who run the events. Your profile goes to FindFingers only if you agree to it. Read the privacy notice for more.
Do I have to share my profile with FindFingers?
No. It is optional, and you can still register for events without it.
For companies and institutions
How does a company take part?
Create a company account, and once your company is verified, ask to take part in a published event and list the roles you are hiring for.
How is a stall assigned?
The event team assigns a stall to each confirmed company. You can see it in your company portal.
Can our panchayat or college hold an event?
Yes. See the page for institutions to find out how a partnership works.
